Swing them hips, gurl!

It’s one of those parts of a woman’s body that some want more of, less of, love, or hate. I happen to be a HUGE fan of hips.  Mine and everyone else’s.  Not just because of how they look on a body, but because when it comes to yoga, it’s the part I love stretching the most (usually to my student’s chagrin, at first)
